How much do movers cost for a 2 bedroom in downtown toronto?

I'm moving from a student apartment near U of T to a bigger 2-bedroom place downtown. I’ve been quoted around $800, but some moving companies mentioned extra fees. Can anyone share their experience on what costs to expect, especially hidden ones? I need to plan this for next month!
