15 Bedford Park Ave: how close is it to subway and bike lanes?

Looking into 15 Bedford Park Ave for a potential rental. I'm all about using the TTC for my daily commutes downtown and would love to know how the subway and bus routes are from there. Also, are there good bike lanes nearby for weekend rides? Any insights would be super helpful!
