Strange lease clauses - help needed!

Hi everyone! I’m really puzzled about this lease I’m looking at. It has a clause stating that I can't hang pictures on the walls without permission from the landlord? Is it common to have such strict rules? I mean, it’s my living space, right? Just trying to figure out what’s normal here.
