How much to tip movers in toronto for a one bedroom apartment

I’m moving from a small one-bedroom in Kensington Market and I’m unsure how much to tip the movers. I’ve heard anything from $20 to $100 total. What’s the norm here, and do you think I should tip more if they have to deal with tight parking on my street?
