Living near 608 Church St for easy downtown transit routes?

I’m checking out 608 Church St and I’m really focused on transit options. I want to know about the streetcar and subway access to downtown, especially during rush hour. Also, what’s the bike lane situation like around here for weekend rides? Any thoughts?
