Is 642 sheppard ave e good for commuting to downtown via ttc?

Just graduated and starting my first job downtown. Looking for a place at 642 Sheppard Ave E and trying to figure out if the TTC options are solid. How's the subway access, and can I easily bike to nearby stations? Any tips on commute times would be super helpful!
