Is living with parents in Toronto the only way to save for rent?

I've moved back home with my parents to save for rent in Toronto, but I can't help feeling embarrassed. Is this really how common it is? I wonder if anyone else feels conflicted about being an adult living at home. Is there another option out there for people like us?
