Curious about 217 Morningside Ave and the local scene around it

Really intrigued by the apartment at 217 Morningside Ave! I love the look of the area, but what’s the public transit situation like? Are there any good grocery stores and cafes nearby? I'm also curious about the overall neighbourhood character, particularly on Morningside. Thanks!
