Exhausted by the absurdities of apartment hunting in Toronto

Just need to vent real quick. I’m so burnt out from seeing listings disappear within minutes. One minute I'm checking out a place, and the next it’s gone! The competition is ridiculous; I can't even keep track anymore. How is anyone supposed to find a decent apartment in this chaos?
