Doing life at 10 Shallmar Blvd and wondering about my daily commute

I'm looking at 10 Shallmar Blvd and my classes are down at U of T. How’s the subway access for getting downtown quickly, especially during rush hour? Also, are there decent bike lanes for getting around the area? Would love to hear what transit feels like from this spot!
