Why do moving quotes toronto vary by 400 dollars for my 2 bedroom?

I just got quotes from three moving companies for my 2-bedroom walk-up in Scarborough, and they differ by $400! I’m moving next month, and I can’t figure out if I should just go with the cheapest one or what’s causing the price difference. Anyone else experienced this with their moves?
