Price check: $2000 for 2BR in East York - good deal or too much?

I found a 2BR apartment for $2000 in East York and it seems a bit high for the area. It has hardwood floors and a small balcony, but I'm wondering if this is a fair price considering the current rental market. Could I be overpaying? Anyone familiar with this area?
