New to toronto and checking out 568 Lawrence Ave W for transit access

I'm eyeing 568 Lawrence Ave W because it seems pretty close to the subway and bus lines. Is it easy to get around from there? Also curious about any cool spots nearby for groceries or coffee—trying to figure out how walkable it is.
