2015 lawrence ave e and its connections to downtown transit

Hey folks! I'm considering making 2015 Lawrence Ave E my new home. How easy is it to hop on the TTC from there for a downtown commute? Also, are there good bike lanes nearby? Just trying to figure out if this spot aligns with my car-free lifestyle!
