Considering 48 Grenoble Dr, any local grocery stores nearby?

I'm looking to downsize from my house and 48 Grenoble Dr caught my eye. What do you think about the walkability of the area? Is there a good grocery store nearby? I’d love to know about transit options too since I sometimes rely on the TTC.
