Can living at 1254 York Mills Rd get me to downtown easily?

Thinking about moving to 1254 York Mills Rd and I’m curious about the transit situation. How convenient is the TTC for getting downtown? Can I actually bike from here, or is it more hassle? Any tips on timing that might help with a quick commute would be great!
