100 Tyndall Ave – intrigued by the local coffee scene and transit options

I’m checking out 100 Tyndall Ave because I've heard the coffee spots nearby are top-notch. Also, how accessible is the TTC? Just want to make sure getting to downtown isn’t a hassle. Anyone know if the area feels like it's growing with new businesses?
