How much to tip movers in toronto for a 1 bedroom condo move

I'm moving from a downtown 1-bedroom condo to a unit in the suburbs next week. I’ve heard mixed advice on how much to tip the movers. Is $20 per person reasonable, or should I go higher for a long day? Any experiences to share would help me feel less stressed about it!
