Reliable GO Train from Mississauga to Downtown Toronto?

Hey everyone, I'm relying on the GO Train from Mississauga to get to downtown Toronto for work. Can anyone share their experiences with the GO Train schedule? Also, how often do the trains run and what's the cost of a monthly GO pass? I need to figure this out ASAP!
