How much should i tip movers in toronto for a small apartment move

I'm downsizing from a three-bedroom house in Riverdale to a two-bedroom condo downtown. I'm a little stressed about moving day next month and unsure how much to tip the crew. Is $20 per mover reasonable, or should I plan on more? Any tips from recent downsizers would be appreciated!
