Just scored an amazing apartment with awesome utilities setup!

I’m thrilled! Found a dream place in Toronto with a fantastic landlord. The rent includes heat and water, but I’m still figuring out the electricity and internet costs. Anyone know what’s typical around here? Truly excited about settling in!
