How much do movers in toronto charge for a downsized condo move

I’m downsizing from a 1960s walk-up in Scarborough to a smaller condo downtown and need to figure out how much moving companies typically charge. I’m worried about costs spiraling as I plan to sell or donate quite a bit of furniture. Any tips on reasonable rates or good movers would help!
