How much to tip movers in toronto after a surprising extra charge

I just moved from my townhouse in Etobicoke and was shocked when the movers added $200 in surprise charges. I want to know how much I should be tipping, especially after that. Is $20 per mover normal, or should I be doing something different given the circumstances?
