Living at 35 Jansusie Rd and biking to downtown: is it doable?

I'm curious about biking from 35 Jansusie Rd to downtown. Are there good bike lanes nearby? I want to avoid the busy traffic areas and ensure I can make it to work at Union Station quickly. Also, how's the streetcar access for those days I prefer not to cycle?
