Stoked about 801 Mount Pleasant Rd, but what's the walkability score?

I'm moving to Toronto soon and 801 Mount Pleasant Rd has caught my eye. I'm curious about how easy it is to get around the area on foot. Are there good grocery stores and cafes nearby? And how's the TTC access for getting downtown? Thanks!
