Does 10 Riverwood Pkwy work for a downtown commute by TTC?

Just checking out 10 Riverwood Pkwy and wondering how it fits into a daily commute to downtown. With easy TTC access, how are the subway and bus frequencies during rush hour? Also, are there bike lanes nearby for those days I want to ride? Really excited about a car-free lifestyle!
