Renting in Toronto is a NIGHTMARE!

Another rent increase, seriously? How am I supposed to afford this? Landlord wants $2800 for a bachelor?! That's insanity! Just got outbid again on a place I thought was promising. So sick of bidding wars and viewing 15 places that get snatched up in HOURS. This market is impossible!
