How much to tip movers in toronto for a small apartment move

I'm moving out of my U of T student apartment soon, and I got three different quotes from movers ranging from $300 to $600. I’m stressed about tipping etiquette—what’s normal? Should I tip a percentage of the total, or is there a flat amount that's considered fair?
