Is living at 20 Greencrest Crct good for getting downtown on the TTC?

Hi all, I'm considering a place at 20 Greencrest Crct and I'm curious about the transit options. How easy is it to grab a streetcar or bus to downtown? Also, are there bike lanes nearby for those days when I want to cycle instead? Any insights on the commute would be super helpful!
