412 Eglinton Ave E - how's the subway access for downtown jobs?

I’m moving to Toronto and I'm checking out 412 Eglinton Ave E for its TTC connections. How convenient is it to hop on the subway to downtown for work? Also curious about bike lanes in the area for weekends and any transit updates that might be in the pipeline. Thanks!
