Searching for Rent Assistance Programs in Toronto

I'm feeling overwhelmed and confused about my rent situation. Are there any government help programs for low-income renters in Toronto? I can't afford rent on my current income, and I'm wondering how to qualify for financial help or assistance programs. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
