Curious about amenities near 8 Mallory Gdns and transit options

I’m checking out 8 Mallory Gdns and I’m really interested in what the local shops and parks are like. Also, how's the access to TTC around there? I want to ensure I can get downtown easily without a car. Any thoughts on the walkability of that area?
