How much do movers charge toronto for a small one-bedroom apartment

Just graduated and moving into a one-bedroom in Little Italy with my partner. We’re on a tight budget, but I’m worried about hidden costs after hearing horror stories. Anyone know the ballpark for moving costs here? I don't want to end up overpaying on our first big move!
