11 Sherwood Ave transit vibes for downtown commutes?

Looking at 11 Sherwood Ave and trying to gauge the transit scene. I work downtown and rely on the subway. How close is the nearest station? Also, curious if there are bike lanes for cycling to work on nicer days. Any insights on the commute experience would be awesome!
