Is 95 Wood St a good pick for groceries and transit options?

Hey everyone, I’m really drawn to 95 Wood St and excited about possibly moving there! I love that it’s close to so much, but I’m curious about the local grocery stores and transit access. How are the nearby restaurants and overall neighborhood character? Thanks for any insights!
