Looking into 255 Main St and what’s around for food and transit

I saw 255 Main St and I'm curious about any good restaurants or cafes nearby. I’d love to know how walkable the area is and if the TTC is easily accessible. Also, what's the general feel like in the neighborhood—more young professionals or families?
