Looking at 15 Anglesey Blvd for quick access to downtown via TTC

I'm considering 15 Anglesey Blvd for its transit options, especially for commuting downtown. How's the walk to the nearest bus or subway? Any good bike lanes around? Really hoping for a smooth ride to Union Station without too many transfers!
