Toronto moving companies quotes differ by 400 dollars why is this normal

I’m in a tight spot moving from a condo at Yonge and Sheppard. I got three quotes and they all differ by up to $400! How can there be such a big difference, and is this a common issue with Toronto moving companies? Any tips to avoid surprise charges?
