What's it like living at 561 Avenue Rd in terms of groceries and transit?

I found 561 Avenue Rd and I'm pretty excited about it! Looks nice, but I'm curious about the area—are there good grocery stores or restaurants nearby? Also, how's the public transit situation, especially getting to downtown? Would love some local insights!
