540 Queen St E transit options for downtown commuting and biking?

Thinking about moving to 540 Queen St E and I’m curious about how well it supports my daily trips into downtown. Are there good bike lanes nearby, and how frequent is the streetcar service? I’d love to hear about people’s experiences with the TTC in this area!
