Just saw apartments at 2 regal rd, what’s near the subway?

I’m eyeing the building at 2 Regal Rd and I’m curious about how easy it is to get to the subway. I love being close to transit, plus I heard there are nice local spots nearby. Are there any good cafes or parks around the area to check out?
