Checking transit options from 25 St Mary St for downtown commute

I'm considering living at 25 St Mary St and want to know how easy it is to get downtown. How close are the subway and streetcar stops? And do bike lanes make cycling viable for getting around? Would love some insights on the daily transit vibe!
