Considering 2 Greentree Crt but curious about nearby amenities and transit

I just found 2 Greentree Crt and it looks appealing! Can anyone share insights about the walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants? Also, how’s the transit around here? I’m looking for a friendly neighborhood feel and a convenience factor since I work in downtown Toronto.
