Toronto movers quotes different by 400 dollars why is it so common

I got quotes from three different movers for my Scarborough one-bedroom and they vary by $400! I'm so stressed trying to figure out what's reasonable. Is this normal? Should I go with the cheapest, or is it worth paying more for better service? Any advice from others who’ve been in my shoes?
