I'm moving from a 1-bedroom Scarborough condo and need to cut costs. I've heard quotes vary wildly, with $300-$800 being common. Should I be concerned about hidden fees? Also, any tips on downsizing? Trying to figure out what furniture I can live without. Stressing over this!
