Spotted 45 Driftwood Ave, wondering about nearby parks and transit

I’m checking out 45 Driftwood Ave for school, and I’d love to know if there are any nice parks or green spaces nearby for chilling after classes. Also, how’s the TTC access like from there? I've heard mixed things about transit in the area.
