How much do movers cost for a 1 bedroom in forest hill toronto

I’m moving from a larger unit in Forest Hill to a compact 1-bedroom downtown and my stuff won't all fit! I’m worried about how much movers will cost — I've heard quotes are all over the place. Anyone recently moved in this area and can share their experiences or costs?
