How much do movers charge toronto for moving a condo end of month

I'm moving out of a condo at Yonge and Sheppard at the end of the month and need to know how much I should expect to pay movers. I've heard prices can skyrocket during peak times. Also, any tips for avoiding damage disputes with my landlord would be super helpful!
