Why are moving quotes so different in toronto $400 difference

I just got quotes from three moving companies for my 1-bedroom condo in North York, and one was $400 cheaper than the others! They all seem to offer similar services, so why such a big gap? What should I be asking to avoid any surprise charges on the move day?
