Weird lease clause - is this usual?

I just signed a lease and noticed a clause saying I can't have guests stay over for more than 2 nights a month. Is that normal? Plus, any tips on when to book a moving truck? I hear weekends are super busy, but weekdays might be tricky with work. What do you think?
